Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

   b. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

2. Market Analysis and Planning:

   a. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

   b. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns based on market insights.

 

3. Client Relationship Management:

   a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

   b. Work closely with the sales team to address client needs and concerns.

 

4. Product Knowledge and Training:

   a. Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments.

   b. Provide training to the sales team on product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.

 

5. Marketing Campaigns:

   a. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

   b. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials.

 

6. Team Leadership:

   a. Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.

   b. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing department.

 

7. Budget Management:

   a. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.

   b. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:

   ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

   ● Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the agricultural or machinery industry.

   ● Strong leadership and team management skills.

   ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

   ● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

   ● Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.

   ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Skills is Photoshop, Canva, and ERP software is a plus.
