Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
a. Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to maintain accurate inventory levels.
b. Implement efficient inventory control measures and conduct regular audits.
2. Team Leadership:
a. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.
b. Schedule and coordinate daily activities, including shipping and receiving.
3. Safety Compliance:
a. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
b. Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.
4. Process Optimization:
a. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to enhance warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
b. Implement improvements in operational processes to maximize productivity.
5. Quality Control:
a. Ensure product quality standards are maintained during storage and handling.
b. Oversee quality checks and address discrepancies promptly.
c. Provide oversight on quality assurance processes, leveraging a mechanical engineer's perspective.
6. After-Sales Support:
a. Collaborate with the after-sales team to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
b. Utilize mechanical engineering knowledge to provide technical support for after-sales services.
7. Communication:
a. Liaise with the Procurement Manager to communicate challenges, achievements, and opportunities.
b. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill order requirements and resolve issues.
8. Product Data Input:
a. Provide input regarding product data from a mechanical engineer's perspective.
b. Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product information and specifications.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
● Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role (at least 5 year experience in similar position)
● Strong organizational and leadership skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
● Knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse management systems.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory software.
